Should the United States be a model universal nation ? Why or why not?

According to my point of view  the United States should not be  a model universal nation because  Americans live a big life. What l am trying to say is Americans want to have everything such as TV, car , computer etc... in their life. If every nation around the world  want to live in America' s way , the demand for goods will increase and the world will have big shortage  of goods . For example in America , about 60% of the population own a car and the population of America is little above 300 million . And the population of China is above 2 billion if 60% of  Chines own a car the prize of  cars  will increase and the demand will also increase . In this condition people will not find car to  buy  and the manufacture industry will not meet the demand for the world.
Nevertheless l do like the government system and want every nation to adopt that system because it gives the citizen the right to express their ideas , their mind. This system  cares about  people that live in the country , the president and his people try to create job, look for better way  to help the population. In this government system the president does not make decisions by himself , both parties have to discuss. The system encourages people to go to school and get a better life. For instance in Africa we do not have anything like  the government system is poor , they only think about themselve, education  is so expensive. The president is not able to create job.No democracy,we can not protest , most precisely in TOGO ,my format president run that country for almost 32 year, could you imagine that ? It is so sad for Africa.
We need change , freedom, we  want these dictatorships to be over  in those poor countries so people can live in peace.

My immigration experience.

I came to America in October 2004 because l was lucky. On day my uncle heard about DV Lottory and he told  me to get all my information together and he helped me play it .After few months l recieved a letter from US  that l won the DV Lottory but it was not over yet , there were other steps that l had to complete. But with grace of God l passed all the steps and they gave me my visa.
When l got here (US) the only think l remembered my uncle and my cousin have told me  about America  was life is hard and l have be strong.I believed in them because  they were working for America Embassy in my country TOGO in West Africa and they know America life. It was true  that life is  difficult here because l left my whole family and found myself alone in some country that everything is different . l have to work now , something l have not done before and the worst part was the language "English".I  sat down  and asked myself how am l going to survive in this country? After l got all my paper work done l mean my ID, Green Card, and SS....
I started asking people  for information about school that can help me learn English  and how to find job. Since l am an educated person l know l have to use my brain  and l begin from some where.I finally found a school in the area where  l used to live and closed to my house, l do not need to take bus.So from there l started  taking ESL class . After two months l found a job , l went to the interview . they called me later  and gave me the job, that was January 2005.Today l miss my family but l also like this freedom because it makes you progress if you want it to , do not stay at the same spot , keep looking forward,go to school. And it is what l have done and lam proud of myself and l will keep it up that way.
